How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During launches or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used products. Once shipped, all sales are considered final. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.
Do you offer local pickup?
Local pickup is currently available at the following locations:
Clean Refill at 3601 Buttonwood Dr Suite C, Columbia, MO 65201
Serendipity Salon and Gallery at 1020 E Walnut St Suite 100, Columbia, MO 65201
After receiving your "Ready for Pickup” email, please bring your order confirmation to your selected pickup location and ask for your Gypsy & Company order at checkout.
